Great service and fresh food. A great fast food restaurant. Being gluten intolerant I asked if they had any gluten free bread. They didn't however a server there said she fixes an egg wrap for her mother's sandwiches as a bread substitute. She asked me if I wanted her to do that for me. It was very nice!

The employees are extremely friendly, and the only complaint is that store always seems to be packed

When I asked for extra pickles (literally the only topping on the sandwich) I was given 6-8. When I asked for more the employee said, "I'll give you as many as I can." which sounds nice, but come on. She put like 2 more pickles. What's up subway? Is your pickle margin really going to save your bottom line?

Was in there today to take advantage of the buy one, get one offer so a new would be donated. The guy and the lady (Hillary) looked at each other with a smug look when I asked for it. They had no personable conversation with me and kept talking about other things amongst themselves rather than talking with the customer;other than asking what I want on my sandwich. When it came time to pay, Hillary checked me out. Not one word except how much my total one. I even said thank you and she looks away after handing me my receipt and then walks off. You never know who the customer knows or if it’s a secret shopper. I’m a manager in the service area and I would have fired them both if it were me. I don’t ever want to come back here.
