I like going to taco bell but the wait time at this location is the slowest I have ever been to, so for that only 4 stars. I only stop if I have plenty of time to wait in line for my order. On the upside of waiting the staff is friendly, they always have my order done right and it is always fresh and warm to me that is worth the long wait in the drive through line.

As far as fast food places go this one is one of the best! If you go in the drive through be prepared for a long line of cars, no matter what time you go. I always go inside, it usually is less packed inside. I found one Taco Bell(On Walton and W. Central in Bentonville) that is a better than this one (friendlier faster service and a little fresher food). But when in Siloam this is a great place for gluten free fast food.

Very hard to screw up two tacos two drinks. We got no drinks and some gross quesarito things. Repeated our order six times at the speaker until we were screaming. It went from "All iIgot was the drinks," to repeating two hard tacos "So one crunchy one soft?" No... Repeated. "So one drink two chicken quesaritos?" No... Repeated. "One drink two tacos?" No! "Okay is everything on your screen correct?" No! "Okay $ at the second window" Worst fast food incident I've had. Will not be back

Great food for excellent value. I have a dairy sensitivity and the clerks worked with me. Restaurant was very clean and well stocked. Thanks.

This is a nice remodeled place, but every time I visit to dine in, the tables and lobby haven't been kept up with. And the drive thru area could use some improvement, especially during peak service times, but that's no fault of the workers. Mostly just an outdated inconvenience at worst. Friendly staff.
