Prices keep going up guess the richer stay richer I have bought the sausage mncmuffin couldn't even eat it it was so hard threw it out the window .It rolllod down the highway

Nice, up to date dinning area. Friendly workers. The location can be frustrating to access and leave as it's on the corner of Siloam Springs's longest stop light. Doesn't affect the service or taste of the food though.

We don't think much about the new kiosks to place orders. It eliminates actual human interaction and if you don't know the menu the order process is very confusing. The table "tents" with your order number don't work well, either, as the employees delivering the food have to walk all over looking for the people to deliver to. The do not enhance the speed of filling orders at all. Many customers have walked out rather than having to use the kiosks. The store is still dirty, so the employees responsible for keeping tables wiped down, trash and food cleaned up, are not doing their job! They were seen, instead, just standing around talking.

WE BOUGHT 3 BIG MACS AND 2 FRIES. WHEN WE GOT HOME I OPENED ONE OF THE BIG MACS AND THE TOP PATTIE HAD LOOKED AS IF SOMEONE HAD TAKEN A BIG BITE OUT OF IT. I HAD MY WIFE CALL THE MANAGER { MATT } AND INSTEAD OF HIM SAYING ANYTHING LIKE I AM SORRY BUT I WILL CHECK INTO IT HE CALLED MY WIFE A LIAR. SHE HUNG UP AND TOLD ME SO I HAD HER CALL HIM BACK AND I TOLD HIM I KNOW WHAT A BITE LOOKS LIKE AND HE THEN CALLED ME A LIAR. WE HAD SOME VERY HEATED AND NASTY WORD EXCHANGES AND THIS MATT IS NOT ANY KIND OF MANAGER FOR SURE. I USED TO EAT A LOT At this mcdonalds but never again, and i reported the situation to mcdonalds corp. and as i told them i want and demand a very sincere apologyu from this so called manager matt !!!!!!! no more mcdonalds from this place, here i come wendy's {UPDATE ; NEVER HEARD BACK FROM MCDONALDS OR ANYONE; VERY SAD THAT THEY DO NOT CARE FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS}
