Very bad customer service. Food taste horrible. I rarely eat there because I know I waste my money

Horrible service!! Took 10 minutes to get me my order. Then, when I finally got my order, it was wrong. Then it took another 15 minutes for them to bring me my replacement food. I finally got my correct order after I called back in to tell them I wasn't waiting any longer and wanted a refund. Then my replacement food magically came out!! Will not be back to the sonic on Robinson in Springdale Arkansas!!! 😠😠😠😠😠

Once again they didn't get my hot dog right I ordered chili no cheese and onion I didn't get the onion. It happens most every time at that location. I can't imagine why. Got to say that hot dog was good but it wasn't what I ordered

Always gross and never made right. Even the drinks suck at this location. Order a strawberry slush and pay for xtra xtra xtra xtra xtra xtra strawberries. You still have a white slush but get charged extra for fresh strawberries and don't get them
