I ordered 2 pasta dishes and had them delivered to my hotel. No spoons, forks, napkins, crushed red pepper or parmesan cheese. Shouldn't a good delivery driver carry a few of these in his car just in case? My order was 28 bucks, I had bread sticks also, and paid with 2 20 dollar bills. The driver got really sarcastic when I told him I needed change. Am I gonna tip 12 bucks when I can't even eat my food? Nope. I called back to let them know about this problem. They said they would run some silverware over. Never showed up. They got 1 star because giving 0 isn't an option.

Food too greasy and horrible. Customer service just plain sucks. I witnessed the shift manager atguring with a lady about her food being cold. She live right around the corner. It was freezing and she had to bring her kids out in that cold to get her order fixed. He told her it look fine to him. I saw where the chicken was hard as a rock. But yet he didn't pay for her meal or comp anything. He was very rude to her. I never go back there to eat. Terrible food and service

This store doesn't care about their customers and the took 3 hour to deliver our pizza and the store closed and still never got and no phone call to tell us sorry . I will NEVER use this store again. The managers are rude as hell .

If you order online and get the two medium pizzas deal it is a very good price. Very good pizza.
