One car station was missing half the menu. Another had a malfunctioning computer. The car hops did check on me several times which was a very pleasant suprise. Attentive staff.

If there was just half a star thats what I'd give them. Slow service. Rude employees. And no call in after 5pm. Something needs to be done. We won't be back

I was just at this Sonic a few minutes ago. I ordered a coney dog and they said something garbled back at me through the microphone. I assumed that they were asking if I wanted the combo so I said no, I just want the hot dog. Then when I got home I discovered that they gave me just a plain hot dog. I really wanted the chili and onions. So I tried to call them and let them know about their mistake. The first time I called they just hung up without even saying hello. The next two times I was put through to the drive through lady and the volume was so low that I couldn't even hear her and she couldn't hear me. Then I gave up. I didn't even want money back or new food. I'll take personal responsibility for not being clear enough with my order but that was a pretty horrible experience.
