Great place to meet friends and enjoy a nice meal. The staff is super friendly and helpful with the menu choices. My friend's enjoy the drinks here too. I noticed the bartender is very helpful in this area as well as he seemed to enjoy helping with their selections and choices. I drank one reject and as someone who doesn't often drink. It was enjoyable without a huge kick to it :)

Great food and service. Server took great care that our special needs child felt welcome and enjoyed her experience. She was a true and genuine. We enjoyed ourselves, the restaurant was packed.

Me and a couple of friends went to zapattas for our Christmas meet up. We all ordered our food and my friend got ribs. She requested ketchup for her fries and it was brought to her. The glass bottle of ketchup was shook up and she went to open it. When she opened the ketchup exploded all of her me and the rest of our friends. The back wall and the floors were covered. Luckily ,my present to her was a sweater so she went to the bathroom to clean up and change. When she got back and we got everything cleaned up she requested more sweet tea. When they gave her her drink back she went to put 2 packets of sweet in low in her tea but it had a chemical reaction and over flowed all over the table. They didn’t give her tea they gave her Dr Pepper. She then proceeded to just start crying she was so frustrated. The waiter laughed at her. Go to zappattas if you want to have a frustrated dinner. If you want to actually enjoy your meal I would recommend somewhere else. 0 stars

I enjoyed eating Mexican food at Zapata's. The place and food has an authentic feel. The service was excellent. I recommend this place highly!

We attended a party in the banqueting hall. The food was excellent and the wait staff was superb. However a main factor that detracted from my enjoyment was the room temperature. Wearing a Blazer, I was shivering. Those that had a lot more body fat to keep them warm were fine. But 60 something degrees does not work for me. I get cold easily and wore a Blazer precisely so that I could be warm.
