The service was good and the food was great. We went for lunch and I had the soup/salad combo and of course my child picked chicken strips. He did say they were one of the best chicken strips he had ever had. High praise, indeed, lol. The seating was comfortable, we sat in a booth. The decor is old retro-style. I felt as though I was stepping back in time to an old Denny's Restaurant. Well....not quite that bad...but you get the gist. It's not run-down; it was purposely decorated in this way. The feeling the decor gave was not great and that is the only reason I did not give 5 stars. My son said he thought it was "an old person's restaurant". If you can get past first impressions, the rest of your visit should be great 😉

So this was an incredibly terrible experience. First of all, we our original waitress, who was really short with us. Then she kept waiting other tables and we got a new one. Then once we ordered it went so downhill. The potato soup tasted like old cheese dip and looked like pudding. There was trash between the booth and the wall. My steak came out burnt on top and well done. I ordered medium, they took it back, brought me one that was cold and raw. Sent it back. Third time it was good. Then my friends pasta was the wrong one, and the noodles were undercooked. THEN the fire alarms started to go off and the wait staff simply laughed, gave no directions, and continued to hardly interact with the customers. No discounts were offered, no smiles, and not friendly staff at all. It was horrible.

Food was delicious. Service was great. I just did not like my drinks. I tried the pink lemonade and then the sweet tea. In the end I just drank water and the waiter took my drink off my check. Overall I was pleased and will be back.

We had a party of 3 adults and 2 children. Our food took far too long to prepare. Multiple people received their food before us who came in after we did. Most of our food was cold. The management knew this but didn't offer any discounts. The kitchen and management are run terribly. The only saving grace is their wait staff. Our waitress was very kind.

My wife didnt complain. So i gave it 5 stars. Waitress was courteous and did her job. Spendy compared to McDonalds. Nice atmosphere. I ordered the 16oz sirloin medium. Got a 16oz sirloin cooked medium. The broccoli and cheese kind of sucked in my opinion. Steak and beer was good.
