I placed my order at 813pm. It's now 935pm I have yet to receive my order. I've called twice and all I'm told is it's out for delivery. This is RIDICULOUS! They finally showed up at 940pm with only half our order. No wings. Just the personal pizza. He tried to get us to sign the bill but we refused. He went back to the store to get the rest of the order. Meanwhile we call. They are out of the wings. Never bothered to call, etc just sent half the order out EXTREMELY late. Now remember, I called TWICE trying to figure out where our order was and no one said anything about being out of anything. Now by this time the pizza they did make must be ice cold. They said they would supposedly remake the pizza but by this time we didn't trust them with our food so we told them to just cancel the order. Then they procede to tell me that it will take 5 to 6 days for my money to be refunded. I don't think so. I never signed the receipt for them to take the money out of my bank. So I'm calling the bank in the morning to have this charge removed. It's now 1040pm I placed my order just after 8pm. Almost 3 hours for something that should have taken just over a half hour, and we still didn't get supper.

There was half of one pie there for 20 minutes. I'm not sure if they understand what the term buffet means. I will say that when I asked about the fact that there was nothing to eat, I was assured that it would be on the way. However the time it takes to cook a 12 inch pizza is about 20 minutes......

Went there today for lunch with my son. To start with there was only 1 young lady trying to do everything, unfortunately she couldn't. When she finally got help the young man cooking shouldn't have been cooking with all those sores on his arms. The buffet only had 3 pizzas no one in there wanted to eat. The bathroom was outrageous. I have not eaten here in about 6mths I see I need to stop eating here again. So disappointed.

Don't ever order from this horrible place!! I have never experienced this bad of service. Pizza was NASTY AND COLD BY THE TIME THE IDIOT DRIVER DELIVERED IT!! Uhm...hello Google you idiots!! This place needs to be shut down!!

Made a online for a pizza with drinks. They said they didn't have the 20oz drinks at they're location. Once my pizza was delivered to me. They never called to see if I wanted to keep my order or except a two liter instead. I had to call 10 times in order to get the general manager on the phone to get a full refund. I had an employee after invoice at Aria on the matter but we can't give you a full refund because you got the correct order but not the drinks. I will never order from the store again.
