EASY TO FIND WITH GOOD PEOPLE: stopped here on my way home. Grabbed a crispy buttermilk chicken sandwich meal. The place had a nice group of locals and passersby enjoying an afternoon meal. This location like several others is conveniently located off the exit with no real traffic barrier to accessing it. I noticed other businesses along the area which adds to the attraction for stopping there. The service was good and they worked seamlessly between handling the window and floor traffic as the flow of visitors picked up.

Our experience started as my wife, son & I walked in the door, greeted very pleasantly. The "5-star" experience didn't stop there, they continued to make us feel like this was more than just another Mcdonalds. Brought us our food and we're EXTREMELY polite. Even after we said thank you, everything looks good, she then said she'll be back in ten minutes to check on us. Also this was the CLEANEST McDonalds we've ever been to, keep up the good work.

The lobby was under construction and lunch was still being served in drive thru. They did a great job. Food hot and fresh and staff friendly

Went there before a concert recently. I really do not like to leave bad reviews, but this McDonalds needed it. When we arrived the drive thru was just about out the driveway entrance. I should have taken that as a clue. Nonetheless, we journeyed on. Once inside there was an extremely long line behind the counter. Wrong move #2. Should have left. I was quickly ushered by the other patrons to the front of the line as the 10 or so orders were in front of me. The counter person who took my order was extremely patient and kind! She took our order and then began the wait. 5 minutes, 10, then 15 and 20, then 25 minutes. I had to ask what was going on. Finally two of the last people that was in front of me got their order. At 29 minutes, I received my order. Now there were at least 6 others behind me now. Most everything was in order except the lady serving did not put any sauce in the bags. I am lucky I caught it as I was getting in my car. When I went back in and tried to get the attention of someone, I was rudely ignored. The helpful counter girl that took our order was no where to be found. So I proceeded to lean over the counter and get my own ketchup and nugget sauce. One girl who was watching me the whole time asked me,"what are you doing?" I said "doing your job." Very poor service here.

We came in after a Grizzlies game and the drive thru was pretty busy. The ladies working the front were super friendly! Our food came out fast and hot! I don’t usually eat McDonald’s, but I will definitely come back to this one! Thank you for being awesome!
