Nasty and messy, all around building is gross. My sandwich wasn’t fresh and it was expensive. Must work with appearance of her employee, I’m always trying new places but I regret with this one, bad quality and burn beef.

Nasty all around building is gross. Food is not fresh. My food came out of the freezer to a microwave. Also his employees....when you work with food you should have a clean appearance, if you got there you'll see what I'm talking about. No I won't got back because I like fresh bbq not freezer burnt.

Junk microwaved tips tough couldn't even pull apart, covered in sauce. Good meat needs no sauce. Stopped and had McDonald's bc it was not fit to eat.

If I could give this place 0 stars and make it count I would. There people charged me $43.00 for MICROWAVED RIBS AND RIB TIPS. When I asked if my food was in the microwave, they assured me it wasn’t. ALL OF THE MEAT was wrapped in plastic wrap and just sitting there for god knows when. When they gave us our food it was literally still cold and looked DISTGUSTING. They DRENCHED the ribs with liquid smoke to TRY to mimic REAL barbecue. Do not go here, this is your fair warning. And no, this isn’t my first go round for real barbecue, if you’re ever in Chicago check out Alice’s or i57, that’s real barbecue. Their “food” was something I wouldn’t have fed to my dog. Oh, and yes I will be disputing the charge with my bank.

Anyone giving these clowns more than 1 star must not know too much about what propery prepared (REAL PIT SMOKED)BBQ looks and tastes like. I live in the area and the people who have given bad reviews are absolutely right (this supposed to be a is a $20 dinner after 2 or 3 bites) anything looks good when you take a picture with these smartphones. These people should be ashamed of themselves overcharging mostly truckers who they may never see for months. Boiled ribs with a hint of liquid smoke is NOT BBQ! I was hoping that they would read their customer reviews and take heed, but you can forget about that. What really turned me off was this 500 pound lady putting Kroger potato salad on my plate while she nuked the hell out of my food, then to top it off, she was touching my food with no gloves on, and then wiping her hands on a dirty ass apron. You can tell they cut corners like that often by how comfortable they are doing it right in your presence. So to Ray's Worlds famous BBQ? (😝 )you are mirepsenting real BBQ, and to customers I advise you to pay with a card to level the playing field. You may have to dispute the transaction, they got offensive when I asked for a refund.
