First time to visit this particular location. Definitely the best DQ experience... fast food experience period. The staff was very polite, helpful, patient, and respectful throughout our entire visit... couldn't be happier.

Maybe i was there on a bad day. They forgot my ice cream. When i inquired about it they said are you sure you didn't get it? Yea buddy im sure...lol then i waited 5 minutes n asked again then he said he forgot. Smh. The only reason they got 4 stars is because ive had good experience on other trips here. Yea i finally got my ice cream n a apology. I really would've appreciated a card for a free meal on my next visit.

First off my sister and i where in there together, i ordered before my sister and she got her foo long before i did, in fact it was nearly 20 min after my sister got hers before i got mine. When i went up to ask bout it all they could say was we r waiting foe the onions rings to come up. Did it take 30 min to cook onion rings " I don't think so" its a certainly that i wont be going back into that dairy queen in white hall ar again the service sucked and im waiting 20 min for my food when my sister ordered after i did and got her food 29 min before i did!

If I could give negative 5 stars, I would. These people here are rude and the customer service is terrible! Plus, the only decent thing to eat here is there chicken... enfaces on the decent... if I didnt have to drive through this hell hole town on the way home from work I wouldnt even consider stopping at thier resteraunt. 4/1/18 update: I decided to give this location another chance and it was still as big of a letdown as the first time I visited this resteraunt. They disnt have any cookie dough for the featured blizzard. This location really needs to get its crao together! And fast!!! Also I fond it ironic that the have a "fan first promise" sign out front... there are no fans here, sorry.

Ok so I was at dq not to long ago and I know this is silly but I asked for dipped strawberry and the lady said the we can’t dip it and the only thing we dip is ice cream and I just want to say HONEY YALL FONT ACTUALLY DIP YALLS STRAWBERRIES I KNOW YALL DONT IVE SEEN THIS BEFORE SHE MUST BE NEW OR SOMETHING
