It is the best catfish I have ever had. The managers/owners, Scott and Christy, usually greet you and thank you personally. Now the Hamburger Steak was a little spicy for me. Bottom line you will not regret visiting Scott and Christy at The Hook.

I visit this place at least once a week. I love the atmosphere, modern decor, cleanliness and food. The owners accommodated my family and I in celebrating my mother's 80th birthday 2/24/18. She is very picky about eating out and she have us take her every week for fish.

First time! It was pretty good. I will definitely go back.

We walked 3/4 of a mile from the big red. The restaurant was clean, the staff was friendly. The bathrooms were clean except a sticky residue on the floor. The fish was bland and tasteless, leaving an oily residue in your mouth. (I️ doubt the fish was cooked in peanut oil). The French fries has a chili seasoning on them if you like that sort of thing, personally I️ would have preferred that left off. The Cole slaw had a good flavor. The hush puppies were extremely dry. The waitress kept the tea glass full. Not likely to revisit, if fish is your main menu item, it should be “off the hook”.
