The staff was friendly. Our food was ready quickly. Our order was wrong. I checked the receipt to make sure the cashier entered it correctly. She did, so the assembly line didn't pay attention to the specifics of our order. I didn't take it back up because we were in a hurry. While we were eating, my husband saw the lady that was bagging the food put her hands down her pants and then didn't go wash her hands. When there wasn't anyone at the counter they were playing with eat others hair and not washing their hands. We will not be going back.

I am hoping that they were just short staffed for today due to sickness, etc. Poor manager was doing everything herself. And one employee acted as if she hated to be there. The dining area needed alot of attention, but I will excuse that with the little staff they had. On a good note, the food we both had was hot and tasted very good. I will return later to give it another try. This was my first visit since opening. I will update my review then. Thanks!

The food is good, it's just the time that deserves one star. Took twenty minutes just for a burger and fries. They weren't that busy, too. Though I'd recommend the chicken fries; they were cooked crispy and juicy. Fresh.

Food was what I expected but the service was poor. Long wait times even with only a few people in line. They also consistently get my orders wrong. Staff should be trained better.

The employees were pleasant during this visit. I ordered the sausage biscuit. It was warm but the sausage did not appear fresh. It was kind of shriveled up
