This has always been my favorite Chinese restaurant! I always order through the drive thru and it's always fresh and taste great! The owner is also very nice each time I come too.

I will not go back to this place. While still eating (only had one plate a piece and been there maybe 15 mins) the owner came up to us and told us this was an all you can eat buffet not come in and waste and made a snide comment to our waitress about needing to charge us an extra 2 dollars. We just got up paid and left. I have never been so rude to before it was embarrassing. We hadn't even had the chance to finish our food. Even though the food really wasn't that good in the first place and was bland.

Ate there, the noodles were plain. So i got another plate and the Chinese lady (who I assume is the owner) was rude about me leaving the noodles and getting something else. We will not be returning to this restaurant and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone else. The food is only fresh right at 12 anyways. Every other time its completely dried out.

Rice is greasy, egg rolls sometimes overcooked, and lack of real flavor. Noodles bland.

The Chinese express is one of the worst Chinese restaurant that I ever tried in America. The foods in the menu of Chinese express are usually cost too much than I thought, and the foods are actually taste like rotten seaweed. If you think about that Chinese express in Wynne will be taste like real Chinese express foods, than that is the one of your worst mistake that you can ever make in your whole entire life. just go to the other Chinese restaurant such as Bins.
