My grandkids love Red Robin. We've been to several different ones and they are not all equal. This one however is very good. There is always a wait for a table but they take your phone# and send you a text when your table is ready. This is very cool if the location is in our just outside a Mall, which this one is, a plus to there excellent customer service. They have bottomless fries and this RR paid attention and we never ran out. The order was delivered hot with no errors. Drinks were kept full and the burgers were excellent, cooked as ordered. And lastly we always get the Mud Pie and 3 spoons. It's not as big as it use to be but still worth it. It's very good and the girls love it. A must try. Highly recommended.

Everything is good. I really like the prime rib philly. They use to have big and very good zucchini, served in a basket. But now it's the same recipe but the prices are small and served on a plate not to thrilled about the change. I love fried zucchini so I will always rate it at every restaurant.

For those that know the original Red Robin @ Tilted Kilt (now) probably wont like the redecorating. Most of the menu are a wide variety of burgers, but also has other good treats including root beer floats, malts, and wings. Great service and still a good vibe. A tad cramped but a good place overall.

Good food, great service and very clean. Staff are friendly and work hard to satisfy their customers. A bit pricey.

1st time visit, not impressed with the service. When you walk in, its not very clear where or who to speak with for done in. There's a small sign we finally found after looking for a few minutes, to indicate for you to wait to be seated. Of course there's a wait, but when we asked if we could go sit at the bar, we were still to to wait; and when we were finally seated, the lighting was awful. Felt like I was sitting in a garage. Drink menu says to ask your server about IPA options and when we did, our waitress stated how she really doesn't drink beer, so she doesn't really know. Like REALLY!! As we started looking around, we noticed a really cool waterfall again this wall, and the water was coming out of ... guess this ... BEER TAPS!!! Maybe the beers labeled are beer they serve? Wall isn't very well displayed though, because of the ugly florescent style lightbulbs. Food was good, loved their bottomless fries! But considering how little fries one is given, they have to have free refills. Not sure I'd go back to this location. Maybe at least on a Friday night when they're expected to be busy.
