The restaurant is clean and the staff is great. I stop here during my business trips to rest and enjoy a great meal. I've been fortunate to have had the same food server each stop. She is very good at here job. Attentive to detail, very friendly, and good follow up on service. The location is not hard to find. They are located just off the I-15 in Barstow. There is a large shopping plaza behind the restaurant so you can extend the break from crazy traffic of the I-15.

Randy is an awesome, friendly, efficient server who makes customers feel welcome and valued. My husband and I have returned several times because we know we'll get great service from Randy and the other bar-area staff. Good deals on Happy Hour drinks and appetizers make for a fun evening out.

Best experience!!! The server that served me and my boyfriend, was very funny and helpful when needed to know what's really good to try for drinks. I had an amazing time over here for my 25th Birthday! 😃

Thank you Chili's for a great time! Excellent Baby backs, service and specials. We enjoyed free Chips and Salsa, $5 Jameson Margarita's and they honored mine and my girlfriend's back to back Birthdays! Treated us to a delicious Pazooki on the house! Special shout out to the entire staff especially Gary our server and Sheila, THANK YOU!

Never going back to another chili’s again, especially this location in Victorville. Was at the bar with my parents having a good time and some drunk guy starting giving us issues. Telling us all kinds of unnecessary commments. When we told the manager he said that he didn’t know what had happened and that he really couldn’t do anything. The fact that we had to leave the bar because the staff couldn’t take care of a customer who had been served too much alcohol was just ridiculous. On top of everything we had been waiting over 40 minutes for a table and we never even got seated. We ended up leaving the restaurant and going somewhere else since the staff there couldn’t do anything for us but the drunk guy at the bar stayed there sitting while we left. Just the fact that we had to willingly leave the bar to not make a scene and absolutely nothing was done to the man who started everything was shocking. I was shocked to how the management and staff handled this situation and will never go to another chili’s restaurant again. This was absolutely ridiculous! The manager in this restaurant needs to open his eyes and realize that the fact that he did nothing was wrong because I guarantee if that were to happen to him and his family he wouldn’t just be fine with someone telling him that there was nothing they could do for him. If I could honestly rate this chili’s no stars I would do it without hesitation.
