Extremely slow, poorly managed crew. Food sits so long at the drive through window, that it will only be warm to the touch. Horrible service with a smile for food that is not good cold or warm. I have been going to In-N-Out Burgers for as long as I can remember. This is the end for me. I will not spend 15+ minuets in a drive through that you can't escape if you wanted too. Check your food, and when you send it back for being cold and you will. Take a look over your shoulder at all the people behind you. Just know their food is getting cold too. Good bye In-N-Out Burgers, your service is just about as bad as it can get, with a smile.

By far this has to be the most friendly In-N-Out i've ever been to. From the young lady who took my order to the young lady who took my money to the young lady who handed me my food. I was greeted with the same enthusiasm and excitement I was having to get my food. The whole experience is rather valadie and I haven't even started eating.

Look, it's In-N-Out burger... You know what your getting, and this location has as high a quality burger as any. But what you really want to know is: if you get into the drive thru line, once you hit the point of no return (where you're blocked from getting out of line) how long does it take before you get your food? The answer, based on a very scientific multiple trial test (me going thru the line on three different occasions), is between 20 and 25 minutes. No joke. Of course I'll probably do it again, but if you're hungry, be prepared for the wait. Next time I'll probably bring a snack.
