This place sucks. Don't eat here. Had to wait forever. Seating sucked, lighting sucked, service sucked. And then our food comes out and the onion rings, I only got one and my hair is thicker. Steak looked like burnt spam. Waitress got all our orders wrong. 3 chicken tenders the size of your baby toe and burnt . If I could leave 0 stars I would. DON'T WAIST YOUR MONEY HERE. Pass go to Chilies . terrible terrible terrible

I was very disappointed with the hostess when we visited on a Saturday late afternoon. It was before the dinner rush and my wife and son came in for a quick bite to eat. We asked to be seated at a booth. There were several available all over the place. We were lead to a table in the very back. I asked again for a booth and we were told that none were available. I looked around and ask if all the booths that were empty were reserved and we were told that they can't sit us at those locations because they are not in order. We asked if we could wait for them to become available and were told that we could sit there but we could expect slower service if we did. We decided to leave at that point.

I wanted to thank Victor who was the manager at the time. When we walked, the gentleman at the door didn't even offer us any menus or sit us he just point towards the bar. I'm a disabled person and I could barely get on the chair to sit properly. Victor took very good care of us, and out waiter jessy was awesome too!

Had to wait 2 hours for a table even though they we notified. Had a party of 19 people, while getting our table ready, another waiter sat someone at one of our tables. Has to wait for that table to finish up, and there were empty.tables nearby. Our waitress was GREAT.

The wait time was long while there appeared to be several free tables, then the host seated people in the wrong order which is just awkward. The server was pleasant but totally overstretched so my drink never arrived until after my meal was delivered. The kids food choices are a little better than a lot of places but again it was delivered in parts rather than all at the same time & I had to request their drinks more than once. I hate that they have touch screen game consoles on every table, I put ours on the floor as don't want my kids connected to tech while we're eating, then I still had a charge on my bill for using it!!!
