Good quality food, but a little pricey. This is one of those restaurants that serves good food, but you always feel like you paid a bit over the market price for what you received. The ambiance is very pleasant, and there is parking behind the restaurant, which is otherwise at a premium near this location. The restaurant is popular, but seldom really crowded. In addition to the standard Mexican fare, they have some very good salads.

This was excellent food and we were the only people there when we came for lunch. It was quiet and enjoyable. The lady who work there was sweet as can be. I had a very unusual dish which was a butternut squash enchilada. It was amazing. We even had coffee afterwards with a flan and that was also very good for Mexican restaurant coffee. I would definitely suggest trying this place out. For Berkeley it was also very affordable and reasonable. I think of eating in Berkeley as being outrageously expensive and unaffordable even for a dump. This was very reasonable for what you got.

We found the place by chance — walking around by lunchtime. It has an amazing food, one of the most fresh tasting salsas we had in years. And the ambience is very chill. We will definitely come again.

I’m from so cal and I eat a lot of burritos. This is seriously one of the best burritos I’ve ever had. It’s really fresh and healthy, lots of great colors and fresh ingredients && free chips. Seriously great value. Go and enjoy y’all!

Family owned for 30+ years. Delicious fresh made to order Mexican food, lots of veggie options. Best horchata in town! Plenty of indoor seating and some sweet outdoor seating in the shade. One of my favorite local spots!
