Cozy & small diner featuring classic comfort breakfast & lunch. The back garden patio is spacious & nicely decorated. I recommend sitting out there if the weather is nice. We all enjoyed our meals-everything tasted delicious & homemade. Staff was welcoming & helpful. Waitresses were really good with refilling our coffee. Parking is tricky esp during lunch hours. Try to get there earlier to beat the lunch crowd.

It's the kind of place where there's always a line. I'm from NYC, that's always a good sign. They have a very nice backyard to wait in. I liked the fact that people were engaged in each other and not absorbed in their phones. It might have just been the day, or it might have been that salty, smoky flavor of bacon drifting through the air moved with other mouthwatering smells. Forget about staying on any kind of diet, you need to have a fresh scone, with what ever you order. The food in general it is a little out of the ordinary, beautifully crafted and in the budget for a weekly splurge. The wait staff is attentive, fun and knowledge.

Had the corned beef hash. It had too many large chunks of potatoes for my taste and was too dry. Customer service was good. Not too long of a wait, and there's coffee available while waiting. I didn't have any so don't know how it is. Might go back and try a different dish.

My favorite brunch place in the Bay Area hands down. It helps that I live a few minutes away. The food is uncomplicated but made with care, and always a nice mix between traditional comfort food and more adventurous - but not foofy - fare. Friendly and homey. Sometimes a bit of a wait, but a pleasant back area to wait in with coffee.

The food is quality and you don't have to wait long. The blueberry lemon scone is out of this world, warmed up.
