Burritos have more beans and rice than the chicken. Tortilla was cold and stale taste. I opened the burrito and I had only two small chunks of chicken. It seems as if they took half of a small drumstick and placed it in the burrito without the bone. I went back to the counter and showed them..that's when they took a big scoop of chicken and placed it in a large salsa cup and handed to me to place it in my burrito. Thank you for the extra portion of chicken, but your customers shouldn't have to go back and show you how little amount you provide....My recommendation to customers, open your burrito first, then you'll see what I mean...for the price you pay.

El Pollo Loco is my favorite restaurant because they do not use dirt grease to cook. Their favor is truly delicious. My husband and I hardly can wait for their coupons to arrive, to run and buy their food at a reduced price!

My food was really bad tonight but I wasn't going to write a bad review because it could have been a bad night one time thing but then my boyfriend told me what horrible customer service he received from the MANAGER and that really has no excuse. I work in retail. He used to work in fast food. We almost never complain and when we do we're always polite because we know how it feels to be on the receiving end. My burrito had a pointy bone in it and some weird white rubber chunks that I almost choked on so my boyfriend went to let them know that these things were in the chicken and she was dismissive and just said "it happens" and gave us a new burrito even though we just wanted to let them know and maybe get an apology. He didn't demand new food or a refund and he didn't raise his voice but she, being a manager, didn't have the courtesy to apologize for the inconvenience or even say have a nice night or have a good one or anything. Now I have a bad taste in my mouth and a new burrito that may or may not have bones and god knows what else because according to the manager "it's shredded chicken so it happens". A lot of the other employees are friendly and the food is generally pretty good but I will not be going back any time soon knowing that my food might make me choke and then on top of that a manager will give me attitude.

Bad customer service ever the management isn’t good enough to serve the best for customers. Worst restaurant I have ever been on.

Food is fine, usually pretty good actually. But this location constantly forgets things or doesn't want to give out certain salsas. I still go but it can be annoying.
