Pretty good dim sum, but things were definitely better earlier in the morning rather than later-- closer to noon we got, the more items were overly-steamed or felt MSG-laden or something just not good. Also, despite the last visit being a weekend, they were strangely lacking on a few items such as steamed ginger beef tripe. I could buy that on a weekday, but all morning on a weekend? Weird.

One of the better Dim Sum restaurants I have ever been to! They had a decent selection with some dishes that you can't find at other Dim Sum locations. It was pretty crowded but I was seated within 10 minutes for 2 people. The carts came by quick and the service was great! It was pretty cheap too. I think the bill came out to be $25 for around 7-10 dishes. It's located upstairs in the outdoor mall. There's free parking in the parking structure. Don't need to get it validated or anything.

On Sunday, this place gets crowded because families and big groups go then. However, the place is very big that the wait isn't too long (grant we were a party of 2). The hargow (one of my faves) was especially delicious- soft, chewy dumpling skin and a flavorful shrimp inside! The workers seem to understand Mandarin, Cantonese, and English too.

We are visiting from San Francisco, CA to go to Six Flags Magic Mountain and universal studio... looking for a good Dim Sum place and found this place. Parking free for 4 hours is below the mini mall area. The place is pretty crowded but we found seat for 5 of us. We ate everything without a complaint. Satisfied for every dollar spent. For me this place is similar to our favorite Dim Sum place in Burlingame, CA . The food was great. And delicious!!!! :-)

I drove 49 minutes to this place with family for the first time due to great reviews. It was 118 degrees outside and inside. The restaurant was packed with people which was a good sign that the food was good. However, it was extremely hot inside, no air conditioning, everybody was sweating and fanning themselves. We tried to order drinks three times and they never brought us our orders. The servers were extremely busy. The water came without ice cubes. They said that they didn’t have or were out of ice 😱. The food was decent but the condition was unbearable to enjoy the food. The cart ladies kept bumping into my chair and passed hot items over my 5 years old head.
