The worse service, the cheese on fries was old, the food was cold, it took a long time to wait for the food when there were only two costumers in the store. So disrespectful to give the bill, the worse restaurant ever. The waiter didn’t even bother to give us the bill in little notebook nice and respectfully he just throw it on table

I got some great service from the manager at this BWW location. After completing my meal I forgot an item of great value on the table. I didn't realize it until hours later. When I called the worker answering the phone knew exactly what I was talking about and told me the manager had it locked in his office. When I got there the manager was super friendly and helpful. It was a quick painless process and I couldn't have been happier. As for dining experience I have no complaints. The food was good, didn't take long to get out and had no issues what-so-ever with our waitress. I would come here again if for no other reason than because of how helpful the manager was with my lost property.

I really love the food here, wings are always hot and ready and they have some great fries. The staff is very rude however. I ordered some food and Jacob was very rude and arrogant about my order. I almost left after waiting for 45 minutes, then he finally brought them out and gave me a smug attitude. Couldn't believe it.

Allie the manager, Peyton, Erin, and Stephen are fantastic and always make going to BWW an excellent experience. Top notch service and great atmosphere.
