The worst customer service EVER!!! My wife was ordering a Pizza special with a valid coupon. The owner tried to over charge to make up the coupon price. My wife questions the charge and he begins to swear at my wife with F-bombs then hangs up. I drive down to the store to confront the manager about the customer service then beings to swear at me. I'm going to call the cops. To everyone reading this I understand customer service is a hard industry and no matter what kind of day your having you never swear at a woman. Luckly I was able to keep my cool. Don't eat here.

Do not waste your time ordering from this location. My pizza was way over cooked and when I called to let them know, the owner rudely explained that the pizza "had only gone through the oven once and that he personally cut it". It's on me for not checking my pizza before leaving but the rude tone and response was uncalled for. I am a fast food manager and I have never treated any of my customers the way that I was treated by the owner. I didn't need a dialogue about how the pizza was put though the oven only once... anyone in food service can tell you that the oven' s temperature fluctuates and if you leave it sitting on top of the oven IT WILL KEEP COOKING! I was a paying customer and he tried to school me on how my pizza was not burnt when I was staring at it. If you want to be treated with respect and want good pizza, save your money and don't order from this location.

This place screwed me hard and I’m never going back. I ordered a pizza for delivery and never got it. They took my order and told me it’ll be ready in a half an hour. When I heard nothing after an hour, I called back. They said they never got my order. So, I ordered again & after another hour, I called back yet again with the same response! They never got my order they said. I had company over and this pizza was for the kids. Needless to say, they were famished by this point. I asked to speak to the manager. He had a thick middle eastern accent and I knew I was in for a huge disappointment. He said there was nothing he could do. Just “sorry.” No discount, nothing but an empty apology. F this place and its circus of clowns working/running it. Never going back.

Never again! Too bad, the Pizza is good. I am just tired of being told it will be 50 minutes, then it's two hours. The wife is nice, wants to help, the husband doesn't care. He will lie to you. Says it will be 15 more minutes, then it an hour. Don't trust him. There is a reason they have less than a "3" star rating, but not because of the Pizza, it is good.
