Food was very good. Nice size menu. It took quite a while to get seated. They were not busy to justify us waiting around looking for someone to seat us. Server was not very attentive either. If I was trying to do a quick lunch I would not go here. Nice atmosphere and food though

Food is OK , could have been warmer. Cocktails are pretty good, but I would pass on the Whiskey Lime drink. Two people that ordered the drink didn't like it either..Service was the best I"ve ever experienced here. and we were a large party of 10.

Love me some "Carlos burrito!" Better known as the fajita burrito. The staff here is absolutely amazing and the food at this particular Chevys is the best.

Anyone visiting the Vallejo location will need to park in a place where their vehicle is visible. this is an area that has constant car break-ins. The entire Shopping Center has been plagued with car break-ins and robberies for many years now. I give only 3 star because the food and the service was great but not worth my personal belongings be stolen and even more money out of our pockets to repair my vehicle. We were 1 of 14 cars in the lot that had their windows smashed.

I have frequented Chevys for many years and they have kept the high standard, quality cuisine, and exceptional service that has made themselves a friendly focal point in the Bay Area. The Cinco De Mayo celebration is just one of many thematic events that keep customers coming back year after year. I eat at the Mexican mobile trucks and other so-called authentic Hispanic venues, but Chevys never fails to impress me. I never get the impression that I am being served fast food or junk food and the staff always seems to have a friendly and warm demeaner. They have become legendary in my book !
