Poor customer service & Robbery of my money at Chipotle Mexican Grill, 1195 Admiral Callaghan Ln, Vallejo CA. I was charged for a food item that I did not order. The cashier intentionally charged me. I went back into Chipotle Mexican Grill and the cashier knew instantly that I had caught him in his game. Instead of an apology, he offered me a food item. I said "no thank you, I would like the money to be replaced back on my card". He went to get the manager, I also informed the manager of replacing the money back on my card. Well, that didn't happen, I went on and took the cash from the manager, also no apology. Honesty and great/good customer service is so important for a successful business and to try and rob me of my money is illegal. If I would have received an apology, that sure would have made a difference. I want to say, I enjoy the burrito, but I should not have to wait for about 10-15 minutes while the Chipotle Mexican grill employee(s) prepare a fresh order of food, your employees need to be aware when each food item is low. I recommend all customers to make sure you are not charged for food/drink that you have not ordered and to look at the menu for prices. To the employees at Chipotle Mexican Grill, apologize, " I am sorry", a smile on your face, greet your customers..., is what you do when you are working with the public. If you don't like the job, then quit. Also, never rob money from anyone. Keeping a busy restaurant at Chipotle Mexican Grill and having your customers wait in long lines while you are robbing them of their money, will not continue much longer. Honesty is the best policy.

I now realize that this location does not care whether they get your order correct. One would think that a typed order would be simple to get right. On one of my online orders, they gave me a half eaten burrito bowl. On another order they did not have an item but charged me anyway. On others they got printed orders completely wrong. I try to support local restaurants but will never return to this one. They simply do not care. Corporate office - this place needs a change in management.

The food was good. service was not. Had an online order. Came in and told the girl my name. She turned and asked someone are you making this online order? They said yes. I go and sit down and watch them make my order. Maybe 2-5 minutes and then I just sits there. I wait a couple more minutes and walk up to the counter. The (same) girl says hello can I help you? "Yes I have an online order." Oh okay is her response. She grabs the food after mine and rings up that guest first. And then another guest. And one more before I say "hello? Can I have my order?" She says "hi how can I help you?"..... I point at the food and say "that is my food can I have it?" "Your name?".... She gives me my food. I ordered a chips and salsa and a large chips and cheese. I get two tiny bags of chips... Oh well. :/

The chips are too salty. It is fake Mexican food. They are trying way to hard to be real Mexican food. It is way to expensive. Don't go here. The place here is dirty, it is like they dont clean the place. The cheese is gross. The chairs are uncomfortable.
