Every time we come to the subway my experience is not a good or bad employees are friendly at times and sometimes they can be rude. Fortunately doing this review the employee helping me and making our sandwiches was extremely nice even though when you first walk in the place smells like cleaning supplies it seems like the entire inside of the building is infested with homelessness. The place doesn't look very clean the windows on the outside of a kind of dirty being in downtown Anaheim I feel that this page to be a little more cleaner there's not really any good street views here because it's smack-dab in the middle of a Starbucks coffee and the Jack's Donuts the parking is like right in front. But we come here because it's convenient and it's right down the street.

As soon as walked inside I knew my experience was not going to be pleasant by the look the employees gave me. As I was trying to get their attention since both of the employees that were behind the assembly line were using their cellphones , I went a head and ask one of them if it was okay for me to wait for a couple of friends since we had plans to have lunch together. she looked bothered but she told me it was fine. I didn't paid much attention to the rude attitude, but o could not ignored the way the dining tables and were dirty and sticky I mean how could you be on your phone have no guest to attend and have the restaurant worst than a portable restroom. I love subway and had never had a bad experience in other subways. 5 to 10 minutes had gone by since my friends were running late when I hear one of the employees asking me to leave because the restaurant manager [who by the way she was dressed it look like she wasn't working ] didn't want me there because I had not purchased anything. I mean I would understand if there was customers looking for a seat but the place was COMPLETELY EMPTY.... I asked for the managers name and they refused to provide me with it. I felt so offended to have been treated in a way no other place has. I will never visit this dirty, rude and and low mannered location again, which is way below guest service all other subway locations have provided me with, hope this situation won't be ignored

The lady asked what I wanted and as I was telling her she proceeded to talk with her coworker. She then asked again what I wanted and she started to do the sandwiches. I instructed her to cut one of the sandwiches in 3 equal parts but again she continued to talk to her coworker and cut it in half instead not bothering to listen to me as I say cut in 3 equal parts. She then decides to cut the same sandwich in half again and again cuts them uneven. When I told her to please remake the sandwich to my satisfaction she agreed but then her coworker told her in spanish to charge me for the sandwich anyways. I explained why I wasn't going to pay for food that was not done to my satisfaction. The male coworker said BYE with his hand held up hi. He proceeded to yell at me as I walked out of Subway after I told him I was going to contact Corp. He yelled his name at me and said he could care less over and over. I will definitely not be returning to this location again. Yes a traveled a bit more but I got exactly what I wanted without a problem at the another location I went to. This location's customer service is terrible.

Sanwiches are the best

I dont mind so much that the place is not very well maintained. However the way they prep the food is not clean at all. Last two times i have visited i have had intense stomach pain, vomiting, and general food poisoning. All the ingredients are not very well divided or stored. Do noy recommend the tuna no matter what
