This is a cool little place to check out. Great service from the moment we entered we were greeted very well we decided to sit at the bar. Food is great drinks are great! Sam was the bartender taking care of us and I gotta say SAM IS THE BEST! Being the first time going there he was very helpful. I had the carnitas fries and the mole enchilada w/ a spicy margarita. Definitely going back to try there other stuff! Urbana Wednesday’s !!!

The food is over priced for the portions and taste. I order 3 tacos for $14. I had carnitas and steak. The steak was not that good it reminded me of regular asada taco . The carnitas were not dry. The enchiladas were good but they lack filling because I only had like about 5 pieces of shrimp on my enchiladas which cost more than 12. I had better tacos for cheaper price. Service was great but the food was overpriced. If you are pricing food that expensive st least serve food portions.

THE ULTIMATE MEXICAN RESTAURANT ON EARTH!!! ABSOLUTELY AUTHENTIC AND DELICIOUS EVERY TIME!!! the beer battered fish tacos soooo good!! the marlin fish taco its extremely good!! the crispy tiny potato taco appetizer are nice the ceviche lemony taste is just right always a pleasure!! however it should come with more chips. the chorizo sliders are worth it!!! the guac and chips are good but not worth it actually because the guac is good but the downfall is the price and lack of chips. the mole enchiladas are delicious always a pleasure everytime just wished it had rice and beans for the $15 price. their perfect but paying $15 for two of them is always an inconvenience. but its always a pleasure nevertheless. the pozole was good you will probably like it.

Urbana! What can I say. Love at first bite. Wish the review could end there, but what is life without being forced to be verbose.... Urbana is located inside the Packing house in anaheim. It's on the ground floor against, behind the the wine bar. The atmosphere is trendy mexican of that makes sense. Generally with this type of decor you wouldn't expect the food to be authentic. Actually it's not super authentic but it's legit. My go to dish is the pork belly tacos. They use a tart crema, Vietnamese pickled carrots and daikon. The actual pork belly is cooked perfect. The taco literally melts in your mouth. Next I usually get the aguachile. For those that don't know what it is... generally and basically it's some kind of spicy pepper blended with a lot of lime juice, poured over raw butterflyed shrimp, with cucumber and thinly sliced purple onion. This version is slightly different but amazing! It has thinly sliced cucumber length wise, rolled up for decoration, and scallops. They use less Chile so it's not too spicy. On to the good stuff. I really come here for the beer and mezcal! They make their own version of a michelada and call it a Chelada. And the make a beer drink called an aguachile. I won't spill the beans on these, I guess you just gotta come in and try them... Until next time...
