BE CAREFUL! I used to work here and I wouldn't recommend going there at all. The bread proofer has fungus growing inside of it (you can still see it, if you carefully look at the sides of the machine from the inside and the owner wouldn't make us write down the correct temperature of the foods in all the front containers. Everybody just puts random temperature that are in the correct temperature zone and the owner knows about it. Not a single time have I seen anyone using the machine to check the temperature of anything. Who knows how much bacteria grows in the foods everyday. She also makes us put new dates on old foods, so a lot of times, we end up selling meats that are as old as a week. We sell sauces that are weeks old, especially the ones we don't use much, such as Spicy Mustard and Cranberry Mustard. She would make me put newer dates to sauces that are weeks old and would get very angry if I don't change the dates. The owner also wouldn't make us check the pH level of the water or require us to use the sanitizer to wash the dishes (sometimes she washes dishes herself and she doesn't use sanitizer, either). I can go on and on with everything that is wrong with the store.
