This place offers the best most authentic Indian food. It's family run and operated and they are very kind and nice. The food itself is on point and consistent. They offer combos here which most don't. Very reasonably priced and verrryy DELICIOUS grub.

Great food. Decent price. Need to ditch the Styrofoam cups and paper plates to get 5 stars.

Legit Indian Food with great service. (disclaimer: I'm Vietnamese) The first time I tried Punjabi Tandoor was in San Diego where this is a super popular spot among the locals. When I moved to Los Angeles I was ecstatic to find out they had a restaurant out here. Lunch specials are the best bang for your buck. To me this is like the in-n-out of indian food. Simple traditional indian food done well.

Never go to this place with a mobile coupon. They won't accept it, cause they don't know how to use it. Lost 10$ in coupon and hated the oily Channa Batura.

Soooooooo good! I've been wanting to try Indian food for a while and I basically live next to this place, so this was my first choice when it came to Indian food. I went around 7pm on a weekday. It wasn't too full, nor was it empty. Since it was my first time looking at an Indian food menu I wasn't too sure what to order. (Or how to pronounce some things either. I didn't want to be rude) I saw some reviews on Yelp and just ordered whatever I felt was the most popular according to Yelpers. Before that, me and my bf asked the guy taking orders a few questions. He was really patient and nice about it, so that's definitely a plus. I ended up ordering shrimp makhani and chicken tikki masala with my combo. (Which included rice, naan, and some rice pudding) Our order was ready in less than 5 minutes and once I took my first bite I was in heaven! I also ordered a regular lassi, which was also really good. (w/out mango) Shrimp Makhani: Spicy! I loved the curry as a dipping sauce for my naan. Chicken Tikki Masala: So so so so good! The chicken was cooked perfectly too. Lassi: It was really sweet, but I love sweet drinks so I loved it. (Tastes like yogurt) Overall everything was delicious, service was great, and the people there are very helpful.
