The food is good sometimes but the place needs o lot of maintenance and love and cleaning specially the restrooms. I think they need a good manager to succeed

I have to preface this with the fact that there are very few Bolivian restaurants in Southern California. So an extra star was added off the top for that reason. Now when it comes to the food, I would say it was just ok. It was tasty and flavorful, but not very authentic. I've been to Bolivia many times and I also have made it a point to try any Bolivian restaurant I can find, so I have a pretty good idea of what I'm talking about when it comes to the food. I've been here many times as well and the quality of the food varies. Today the silpancho and the falso conejo were good, but not great. The rice was not the typical Bolivian rice I'm use to, instead it was regular white rice. The saltena was good but small, easily the best part of my meal though. The service was fairly prompt and the restaurant has a nice Bolivian decor and ambiance. The restroom could use a little more attention...but that's not something to skip this place over. Overall, I would recommend this place if you want Bolivian food (mostly due to the lack of other options). The one server was nice and the restaurant is pretty clean.

Food is genuine and very flavorful. We always go for the salteñas, but end up eating from the menu as well. Service is always slow and it’s annoying, but it’s worth the wait for me. I only wish they had kept their SFV location open 😕.

On my latest experience in this restaurant I noticed that the great flavor it was known is no more. Today the food was plain and tasteless.

I was in town for work so I came by to buy 50 saltenas for my dad. The saltenas are usually a 5 that's why we make the drive. I love the way they smell when my dad eats them. I can remember the taste from before (before having to go gluten free), but ordering them is such a pain in the butt. There might be hours listed online but they really open and close as they please, and it's been like that since forever which is annoying but we are Bolivian and Beba's has a huge freezer filled with saltenas so we will continue coming here until another place opens. Beba's did have a location in the SFV but it closed.
