This was always my go to place , loved the service and food was good . Well, today I was able to witness what other had told me.. bad service. Best thing was that the MANAGER Kimberly was the one with the service. We got sat and hung around until I had to request for someone to help us. Manager came to help us and was rude from the go. We later got our server and he was good. The manager kept passing by us and would give us a look, with her stink face every single time. I had to ask the server about it and there was nothing he could have said to her since she was the manager. Honestly eating felt uncomfortable because of the look whenever she passed by. I work in customer service myself and know thatâ€™s not the service you give when you want customers to return. I can except something like that from new hires, and even then I expect more .. but from management team.. hmm common . Definitely lost customers .

This Applebee's is brand new and is very comfortable. I like to sit on the lifted tables by the bar area. They're super comfortable and right in front of the TV, which is perfect when it comes to game time!

It had been a while since I had visited any applebee's. Walked in just to check out the menu. Ended up eating lunch at the bar. Caught some of the game while having an awesome lunch and their top shelf long island ice tea was awesome. Will return

I love this place! This has turned into my go-to restaurant whenever I feel like dining out. It's close to my house, and most of their meals are on the healthier side. It's also never busy there. I've never had to wait for a table to be ready. You can also easily order online for quick carside pick up. Their deals are hard to beat. During football season they have happy hour every day from 3pm-6pm with half off appetizers. Their 2 for $20 is an awesome deal as well. It's perfect for me and my girlfriend because we each get an entree and either an app or 2 salads. It's just a great overall experience because the staff is incredible. All of the servers and even the managers are attentive and friendly, particularly Cliff and Edson. Those guys rock! So far I haven't had anything on the menu I don't like.

This is my Second visit, thought I would give them a try again do to them just opening on my first visit and I will not be returning. We got here at 1:00pm and have been waiting for a hour for any type of food. We recieved our appetizer and it was wrong. Our food came out a hour and 15 minutes after we arrived and ordered. Service was terrible and I will not be coming back.
