I like the double cheeseburger made with 100% beef. Sometimes, I have two. I love to dip their yummy French fries in some of their vanilla ice-cream. Sounds strange? Try it, I bet, you like it. Other times I finish my meal off with a hot fudge sundae and two apple pies.. By the way 2 apple pies are only a dollar and a few pennies Then I am comfortably stuffed. If you like burgers you will like this place..

Stopped here on the way home from Oregon for a quick pit stop because McDonald's has a reputation for being clean and reliable. We were not disappointed! When my teen son needed to refill his water bottle and couldn't find plain water at the soda dispenser, the manager stepped in, took it back to the food prep area and filled it to the brim with ice cold water! An extra thumbs up for great service -- we'll definitely be back the next time we hit the Oregon Trail!

Line hasn't moved in 15 minutes. Don't be surprised if you're in the drive thru for a half hour. This is normal here. Food is standard McDonald's fare. I would totally avoid this place if it wasn't for my kids begging for Happy meals.

Dirty location in Chico California. I try not to be negative but from the dirty lobby to the awful smelly dirty bathroom that had no supplies in it, so disappointed. Love McDonald's but the only thing shining here was the one Female Manager who wasn't crappy and rude. One male employee who was serving the drive through even had to ask his coworker to "Please look at me so I can show you what is going on with the orders" this location deserves some love from Corporate for sure. I wish I knew what the Managers name tag said, SHE DESERVES A RAISE. She was wearing a maroon shirt and had long brown hair. The thing I do remember most about her was even though everyone was miserable, SHE STILL SMILED.

I use to really like this store, but for the past 3 or 4 months it has gone downhill terribly! The tables are dirty no matter what time of day (I don’t come in before about 11 am, so they may start out clean), the trash cans are overflowing and the trays are greasy and disgusting! The servers are usually polite, but most of them don’t take it upon themselves to do ANYTHING other than run the registers. One coke machine is almost always out of ice, the other one is often so dirty you don’t know if you want to use it or not! I don’t know who oversees this store, but I think they need to check it more often. Better training would help, too. It seems as if new people are just kind of thrown onto the floor and they have to figure it out for themselves.
