I've seen good days and bad at this location. On the whole, the experience has declined. Individual employees were dropping the ball, this most recent visit, involved a manager working the evening shift who could have done more to ensure that the food was being served hot and fresh. When I brought a just delivered and cold Dbl Whopper meal back to him, he wore a frown on his face and was clearly communicating non-verbally that he was angry. Instead of owning the problem and supporting his staff in doing a better job, he aimed his anger at me. Not acceptable; although as hungry as I was, I would have accepted a replacement sandwich anyway if it was served fresh and at least warm. Twenty steps away was my tray containing an order of french fries that I returned to while the burger was being re-made. Another employee was pushing dirt and a fair amount of debris across the floor of the dining area and in the general direction of my meal, whipping up a cloud of dust that was settling on the fries.. Abandoning the remaining food, I returned to the counter to ask for replacement fries and for the food to be prepared as a to go order. As I approached the counter, the manager was pushing a sandwich and second tray my way; in haste. I asked about the fries; again his disposition was quite toxic. He demanded the original fries back again before he would replace them. I had had enough of the sour attitude. I asked for a refund and enjoyed a fresh (hot and juicy) burger with hot fresh fries served by friendly employees a few doors down the road. I don't accept being treated like I am the trash swept across the floor at Burger King, and I won't accept this sort of behavior, ever.

This place was terrible don’t come here for food. First of all they had no water at the soda machine, they had no straws , no ketchup holders, and they couldn’t make ice cream and shakes. They had no ice too! It was overall a disappointment and I couldn’t enjoy my food! All the sodas tasted disgusting when I tried one of my family members. Very upset with it

Drive thru isnt reliable on getting your orders fast. They made us wait about 10 minutes not taking our order. So I walked in insead Not happy about time efficiency of this burgerking location.

Friendly workers..always consistent..*update* whoever the new big girl is that works the window the past few times I've been there should be fired or moved off the drive thru..she can't understand anything I say and it takes forever just to get an order in..she doesn't ask you if you want any sauce or anything and today she handed me my bags and just walked away..I thought she was getting my drink but no..she comes back to the window and stares at me like I'm stupid or something ..I say ..oh no I just need my drink..she says you didn't order a drink I said yes I did . She says ok a medium..I said no a large..she said no you didn't, you ordered a medium you were charged for a medium..I said well it said large on the screen..another worker comes up and points to the large coke that was sitting right by her the whole time smh..she should not be working the drive thru..also I said no salt on the fries and they are loaded with it..smh
