This place is hit or miss on service and quality of food. One day It's amazing service with smiles and they'll have your food ready in a short amount of time. My last visit, I was rushed to order and it took a lot longer than usual to serve my order. Food quality was good. You really can't mess up beans and rice while the chicken had good seasoning but skin was dry but meat was juicy. The seating and area was pretty clean. I like it.

I once had a reward for my birthday, They scanned my reward app but it did not show. I paid the full price. This was in the Richmond location. At the Antioch location I also had a reward. I was told that I needed to pay a minimum difference. Later when I checked my balance I had been charged full price. I never again returned to any of their locations

Their tacos El carbon are so good. They have the best chicken tortilla soup around. A very clean restaurant, always busy whether eating in or going through drive thru. Very friendly staff. Must try their cilantro dressing.

Best fast food chicken and sides...new rating. Lost two stars because twice now I have hot there and this chicken place was out of cooked chicken and you would have to wait 45 minutes to get chicken! WRONG not with KFC up the street. As much as I like the chicken here I won't be going back until they can better manage their inventory.
