I love their appetizer "Tour of Italy". I always love their buttered bread sticks. I just love their Apple Crustata!!!

The best olive garden I've been anywhere, VERY CROWED after 4pm but still worth it with great service!

I like the Olive Garden but I don't like their prices. I think there's a rip off unless you go to a lunch or dinner special... With that being said went there today on Monday and they told us there was no lunch specials as it's a national holiday... Martin Luther King Day. The stink of it is that they had no lunch specials today being that it was quote on quote and national holiday. A $25 lunch turned into a $50 lunch... A complete rip-off if you ask me. To top that off my lasagna piece was burnt and didn't eat half of it yet my server said that was the best part just like Grandma's burnt lasagna and did not take care of me. These are the things that make this restaurant a hit-or-miss. You either love it or hate it there's no in-between. Today I'm quite upset that my server made a joke out of me leaving half a slice of lasagna and not compensating me for it or even trying to for that matter. He's lucky I left a 15% tip cuz I should have just left him a dollar as that's what I fill my lasagna piece was worth but paid 17 for it

Wait about 40 minutes for 5 people around 5pm on Sat night. Great service, hot food, good break between soup/salad and meal. Pleasant server. Better than our past experiences in the Charlotte NC area. LONG wait as we left around 7.

I hadn't been to Olive Garden in years and I went for lunch yesterday. I WAS SO DISSAPOINTED. This used to be my favorite restaurant. Our server was nice but took over 10 minutes to acknowledge us and even longer to come get our drink orders. Then it took forever to get her attention after that even though we made eye contact a few times. Then she kept dissapearing to the back. Thank God for the salad soup and breadsticks because it took SO LONG to get our food. Once we did, it wasn't even as good as I remember it being. It was pretty bland. NOT worth the wait and DEFINITELY NOT worth the price. I always got really good customer service there, but my mom said the same thing happened to her there recently. When I was leaving I heard another couple complaining about a different server to the manager. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!
