After a long day, I came in around 6:30pm tonight to pick up a Hawaiian pizza with half only containing pineapple. I waited 20minutes and I went home to find a plain Hawaiian pizza. I then drove back over to have them correct it and after waiting another 15 minutes I received the pizza only to find out it was wrong AGAIN. I then had to wait another 20minutes for them to remake it correctly, with half Canadian bacon and pineapple and half with ONLY pineapple. When I received the pizza it was terrible. The pizza looked like a mess and the pineapple only side had MAYBE 3 pieces of pineapple on each slice. I asked for my money back and they told me because I didn't bring the bread sticks I purchased back, that I couldn't be reimbursed! That's ridiculous! Corporate will be notified. There were only 3 employees there and I had to individually explain what I wanted to each of them and they still couldn't get it right.

Every time I come in they never have a hot and ready "ready"! I've waited for a good 20 mins 2 weeks ago and I'm here again "I don't no why I came to this one" but I'm waiting going on 15 mins. They have "while I sat there" 10 customers leave because they didnt have pizza ready.

Customer service was alright. This place takes a bit longer than the one on Mojave in Victorville. Pizza was really good tho

They NEVER have hot n ready pizzas READY. Its a 20 min wait, sometimes 45. When I try to call in my order, the phone is busy and if I get through they mess up my order and I need to wait 20 mins anyway.
