Good wait staff, moderate price overseasoned food. Low to middle of the road flavor. Nothing special or particularly noteworthy in a good way. The little tablets on your table have purchase options to play games - feels like a real nickel and dime kind of scheme. You check yourself out on these things. Yet another attempt by big companies to short you on service. No reason to return to this place.

Went mid afternoon not very many customers thought they were closed. Service was good as for food it was nothing to speak of my wife and I had the same thing steak and lobster the steak was ok but a little chewy and as for the lobster you could barely see it and it also came with a baked potato which was very tasty the best part of the meal and they gave us a small loaf bread it was heated and it was good. I had been there a long time ago when they first open and even then I was not impressed and the only reason we went back is because we were given a gift card

I have been a customer of the Outback restaurants for a long time and have been happy with their food and service until yesterday. We went to the Outback on Huntington Drive in Arcadia, There was only 1 table with customers and 1 person at the bar, 2 person in a booth int the bar room. The hostess was too busy filing her nails to seat us so someone else did. Once we were seated the waitress brought our bread and took our drink orders. When she returned with out drinks we place our order. After waiting 20 minutes I went to the hostess to ask what happened she disappeared and came back and said our food would be out shortly, we waited another 5 minutes when the waitress returned with our food and an attitude, she said our order always takes long to cook. And why she didn't she tell us that to begin with, probably because it was not true We had ordered fish tacos and a french dip sandwich. My tacos and broccoli were lukewarm indicating they had been sitting on the delivery shelf for awhile. She never asked if we wanted more bread, water or desert. Needless to say this was a very bad dining experience and I don't recommend this Outback to anyone.

The food was good. Our server was good. But the manager needs to invest on putting air freshener inside their restroom. The odor wasn't pleasant!

Price was more than advertised for steak and lobster. Commercial said $15.99 and when we got there it was $18.99. The lobster was small and all of our steaks were under cooked.
