I don't know why people keep trying to compare Five Guys with In-N-Out. Five Guys costs twice as much as In-N-Out and it's still arguable whether or not it's better than In-N-Out. But there is definitely no question that it is not twice as good as In-N-Out. The interior of the place is plastered with reviews reminding you about what a great value and how delicious these publications think Five Guys burgers are, just in case you couldn't tell by the taste of the one you're eating now. All of these reviews are 10 years old or older (and none of them are from places that have access to In-N-Out). Does In-N-Out need to tell you what to think about their burgers while you're eating them? No, they don't. But enough about In-N-Out. The burgers here are fine. They're not bad, but they're not great, either. The toppings also were not exceptional and the "grilled" mushrooms seemed to be nothing more than cold, canned mushrooms. For the same prices you will find better burgers and decor at places like Johnny Rocket's. Five Guys gives you sit-down diner prices with fast-food quality burgers, service and atmosphere. Worst of both worlds, in my opinion.

Good burger, lots of choices for toppings. Before I ordered, they asked how many patties I wanted, and started cooking my burger before I ordered. Fries are awesome.

Food was great however our order was not correct. Order taker wasn't very focused and mushrooms were added instead of mustard (so much yuck for mushrooms). The crew made a replacement in no time and was spot on! Stuff happens, thanks for sorting out the order.

How much did it cost? I just ordered a cheeseburger, large fries, and large soda, and it cost me over $17.00! At least the cheeseburger was a double decker, and so thick, with the steak sauce they added, it WAS very juicy (not greasy, as others claim, but juicy like a steak). I found the menu frustrating because I've never been here, and didn't know you have to "build your own hamburger". They don't just make it for you, but they give you a list of toppings to go in it, and you have to choose from that list what you want on your hamburger. The French Fries were horrible. I tried the Cajun Fries and oh! did I regret it! Way too spicy! Way too SALTY! It tasted like they dumped the fries into a pile of seasoned salt, saturated them in it, and then put them in a Styrofoam cup! Yuck! They were so salty they made me sick to my stomach--and I couldn't even eat more than half the fries without throwing them away. I paid over $4 for them? I'm not sure I ever want to come back!
