Not sure what happened with my experience today 4-13-18. Ive been coming here for at least a year now always had a great experience. The waiter she was great but the food not sure what happened food came out really late. Our waiter kept apologizing for the wait. There was a group of people that came in 15min prior to us and they got their food fast. When our food came out pasta came out great just my mother in laws steak came out burnt, dry, and cold.

Its always good...but not as good as i remember it from like 20 years ago. My husband had salmon here and another restaurant and said both were dry. I love the shrimp scampi. The desserts are always amazing..dessert prices here and other places are a bit high. As always its so busy and i avoid the mall on weekends 99% of the time. Service was much better for our party than it was the first time i came to this location with just my son. The decor never disappoints. This was my sons choice for his birthday.

I ordered a slice of my favorite Chocolate Tower Truffle cake twice at this location. I have visited Cheesecake Factory restaurants in multiple local locations and multiple states. The Cerritos California Location is the WORST! The first time the wedge of cake that I got from this location was significantly thinner than any I have ever had for the hefty price of $8.50 per slice. I was disappointed but assumed this was a onetime bad experience. The second and last time that I visited this location, the cake was so thin as to be transparent and upon removing the whipped cream I found that the entire bottom half of the cake was cut off. When I indulge in something this expensive, I really want my money’s worth. This location is a RIP OFF.

This is a nice Cheesecake Factory the food is consistent the service is good be prepared valet is $4. If you do not want to valet look right the little tiny parking lot on the right is for quick pick up and there are a few spaces for self parking that does not cost you anything. Remember to the left the bulk of the parking spaces are valet only so check the right when you enter go into the right and see if you can self Park. There is a room here for event planning should you need to plan any event.

Visited the restaurant for dinner last Friday night after the movies and to celebrate my wife's birthday. Ordered Clam Chowder that came to the table cold, did not get silverware until we ask for it, my son ask for the mignon stake that came cold and raw not the way he ask for it he got cold fries, my wife order hibachi stake and it again was cold. Best thing was the bread basket and my four roses whiskey with ginger ale. I order fish and chips fries not hot fish not even crispy all around, took a bite and fish was watery inside. We ask for the bill paid and left. Service was disgustingly poor and food awful will not ever go back or recommend. A DISGUSTING PLACE TO EAT $131 dollars plus tip not worth it.
