We came on a Wednesday night about a month ago. My husband and I were surprised to see they have done some remodeling since we last visited. Walls are bright white and they've installed televisions. A friendly welcome and taken to our table. Our server came and took our drink order and food order. I ordered shredded beef enchiladas and my husband ordered Colorado burrito. I had a margarita and he had a beer draft. A very pleasant experience overall.

El Puebla is the real deal: perfect food, quick, helpful service. The salsa is amazing. I'm taking 2 large containers home with me.
