Half our order was wrong and it took TWO HOURS to get our food to us. At least two other groups were seated after us, got their food, and left before our food actually arrived. One of the waitresses was nice, my kiddo's food was correct and arrived a good 15 minutes before my boyfriend's and mine, and the food was decent when it finally arrived, but if we go back I think I might write the order down myself - and we're DEFINITELY not going if we're hoping to get somewhere on time! Good thing none of us have any serious food allergies!

Carol the waitress is a dream. Very considerate, professional, and genuine. The pot pie isn't very good but the lava cake dessert with vanilla ice cream is to die for. My mother was happy with the country fried steak and the Ruben sandwich was so Good! We felt at home.

Omg this place is amazing! I had the delicious chicken and pesto pasta for dinner with a scope of Huckleberry ice cream that was absolutely divine. But the food didn't compare to the service which was some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. Thank you, Trisha, it was a pleasure!

Our sever was friendly and talkative (in a good way). Food was fast and more importantly delicious. Never really had a bad experience at a Black Bear Diner, and this one didn't disappoint.
