I recently started eating here before getting on CalTrain. Nothing fancy, but I gave it five stars because it does what it sets out to do with excellence. I usually eat food from the steam table: Start with rice or noodles (several varieties) then add one or more entrees. They seem to have at least two vegetarian entrees when I go there, so that makes me happy. The food tastes good, although it is steam table food, it does NOT seem like it's been sitting there for hours/days. The egg roll was great. I'm glad to have found this; as a vegetarian I was turned off by the BBQ name, but was pleased to see they have vegetarian options.

Best value for your moneys. Great portions, tasty, fast, and cheap. Don't be confused though, this is not a fancy dining, but they are quite good at what they do.

Everybody seems to love it but I didn't think it was that good. About the same price as you would pay for a sit-down dinner with a white tablecloth most places. Here you get a styrofoam bucket and a plastic fork.

Hole in the wall, right next to Menlo Park Cal Train station. Went on a Friday at 6pm. Meal was cooked fresh to order, as I ordered off the Hawaiian BBQ menu. Abundance of line styled Chinese food, about 2 dozen entrees to choose from, if you are strapped for time. Price is reasonable, $8.25 for the box in the photo. You're not paying for presentation, rather substance and a warm meal. I was a bit surprised to taste the sauce at the self-help area was soy sauce and not Teriyaki sauce.

Great place but be careful tipping the little short guy pockets it with out the others knowing it
