Wendy's is usually quality fast food and this is one of the best. We went with my wife's family while they were here visiting from Germany. They wanted a good American burger on our way from Santa Cruz to Frisco. Hope took our order in mixed German while I loosely translated. Came out perfect and every body happy in less than 5 minutes. Thanks

If you eat here u will be sick. The store was nasty(Dirty) my food was cold and the burgers was cooked on what looked be a dirty grill because my son's burger had old meat that looked like it can from the scrapping of the grill. Plus there store behind the counter was gross. Not to mention there was only 3 ppl working and the guy taking orders was also cooking. Never again. DON'T EAT THERE!!!!😠😠 Oh p.s. waited 30 mins for what's supposed to be fast food and they can't spell.

Wendy's is one of my favorite fast food spots. I'm sad too see that a new employee head to open and operate the restaurant almost by herself though. She was friendly even though the customer ahead of me was b***** at the employee because they were out of potatoes even though she explained that whoever handled orders had not ordered any. It's OK to say your piece if you're not happy, but be polite about it. I took a star off for poor management/ordering process. If I could take a customer star for the rude customer, I would have.

Worst experience EVER! Waited a long time for someone to take my order, even though no one was in front of me. I then waited half an hour for cold food. I only got my order after I complained. The worker continue to give me excuses instead of apologizing and just making up for their mistake. I have worked fast food (in n out) for eight years. I know what it take to work in that environment. If you can't handle one of the easiest jobs out there, then find a new line of work. or maybe apply for ssi if you're not mentally capable of working.

For a fast food place the service is sooo sloooow. The food is good though.
