I know in-N-out gets many reviews. When one of my friends directed me to this one it seemed like it was in the middle of nowhere. Yet plenty of traffic and awesome team. I loved the team that works here. They taught me two things that I didn’t know about in-N-out. First is there delicious spread, second is the four patty stacked burger, the most delicious combo to try.

5 stars for service! It was raining so they offered free hot cocoa to kids , but I didn't see the sign until after we had our food and were seated. The gentleman working the dining room offered to go get it for us so I didn't have to stand in line again. They were packed but he was observant and noticed that I needed something and was in line to get it. I are while my lunch was hot (& the food was good) and my little guy got his hot cocoa. Fun dinner atmosphere but the service is what is more nostalgic... Thanks for an unexpected great lunch experience!

I just don't like much of anything about In and Out. Long lines for burgers I don't enjoy and fries I hate. I stop here when driving through for my wife. She grew up with In and Out and believes she enjoys the food because of childhood attachment. She frequently says, "I wish the shakes dis not suck." She does enjoy the Animal Style burger which makes the stop worthwhile. If like me you are use to getting you beef straight from a ranch and grilling them yourself I suggest a grilled cheese with grilled onions. It is the best "burger" I have had there. For those of you that are enamored by In and Out, I get it. There are places I love I am sure you would not enjoy.

Great food and great service. The employees always have a smile on their faces. They are so accommodating, too. Once, we asked for a knife to split the hamburgers for our kids and they offered to split them for us. They came split in their own little wrappers. They also gave us extra empty fry containers, too, to divide the fries. Even when the lines seem long, they do a great job to move everyone through the lines quickly. This is definitely one of our favorite burger restaurants.

For as busy as they are I always get through the drive thru fairly quickly. The grill and prep areas that I could see where always neat and clean as well as the parts of the floor I could see. All staff every time hit it right on with customer service. There are a lot of local businesses that could sure use a lesson on customer service skills. Great job in and out burger staff
