I loved there open face turkey sandwich but they decided to change the turkey meet. It had a lot of pepper in the meet could not even eat it. My husband had the French dip. He likes it very much that always good. My dessert was the balm. Black Bear Diner good comfort food that's what I have to say about them as of today. We will see what happens on my next visit.

Overall a great dining experience. With nine in our party for late Easter lunch, the service was spot on- very attentive but not obtrusive. The Reuben sandwich I had was outstanding. It was large and stacked with meat, and the best tasting I've ever had. Hours later I'm still uncomfortably full.

I had been wanting to go to a black bear diner for many years because my sister was often talking about her experiences! It was a wide variety of yummy looking choices on the menu! I really enjoyed what I chose to eat! The waiter was very friendly and I liked the atmosphere!

Love the home town food. Bear can be a flirt now and again but its fun. Service is excellent by one and all! Friendly people sit you down, get drinks, take food order and deliver it, stop by often to make sure all is ok and need nothing. Yes love this place and how each place takes the areas history to put on the menus or rather make the menus from newspaper looking, with local news on cover and back.

Love Black Bear Diner, had a California burger, so yummy, and large. I highly recommend. Cooked just perfect, nice prompt wait staff. I don't get to eat out much, so when I do, this is one of my favorites!🦋
