Love this place!!! Wings are great!! Service is awesome!!! I like the pictures of airplanes around and theres this huge picture of an airplane in one of the walls that makes it look super cool!! One of my favorite wingstop restaurants!!! Great place to enjoy with family and friends!!!

I hate to give Wingstop low stars and a bad review, but lately with each visit it gets worse! I come here very often! The last few visits were not terrible but disappointing. My boyfriend and I love wings and were so excited when we found out Wingstop was opening down the street. I love that they make the wings when you order so they're fresh. My last few visits, I hate how dry and oily and flavorless the food has been. I have noticed that when certain workers are there the food is awesome. I wish they were consistent!

DO. NOT. CALL. AHEAD. EVER. This Wingstop isn't all that different from any other one. The food is acceptable. The dining area is smaller than other establishments. The staff is average. The staff gets the food out in a reasonable time, but the table and condiment maintenance is lacking. The main reason why I am rating this establishment so low is because of the disrespectful staff. 3 times I called ahead to make a take-out order, and ALL 3 TIMES I was put on hold for an unnecessary amount of time. After about 10 minutes of being put on hold, I hung up my phone. I called the place immediately and a different staff member answered and was ready to take my order. What kind of restaurant only takes orders from every other phone call? The place also got one of my orders wrong from one of my take-out orders. I won't be doing business with this place anymore, and unless something changes neither should anyone else.

Worse experience I've had in a restaurant. They didn't have clean tables, they didn't have no lemons, paper towels, and ketchup containers. The food seemed as if it was already been sitting there for a few hours. The seasoned fries were burned. They also forgot to give us one of our dressings and veggies that came with the our combo. The soda machine had no ice. So when I tried to put ice in the cup. It ripped. Didn't bother asking for the veggies or another cup. Since I had already asked for all the other issues I pointed out before and did not wanted to sound more of a d**** of what I already sounded. I rather drive twice the mileage for the one in Glendora.

Ordered a 40 piece and only received 30 pieces. Called and was told to return for the rest of my order plus a complimentary side item as an apology. I returned to the location and was greeted by a supervisor on the phone so another employee assisted me. I Never received any free side item or an apology... Supervisor was too busy on the phone.
