March.3.18 Waited 45 minute or more to get seated, while waiting a kid came up to who I'm guessing is the manager since she didn't have a name tag, the kid simply asked that if they had called number 5 the women said "NO" all rude. We get seated the waitress brings us our drink and then ask us to move to a different table because they have a bigger party, we move and they don't even try to help us move with our drinks or anything, they also didn't not guide us to the table they wanted us to move to. I also had to ask for a refill on my coffee because they left it on the other table keep in mind it's my birthday as well, who doesn't want great customer service to start the day. Also, we noticed a couple who were seated about 10 to 15 minutes before us and we had already finished eating and they had just received their meals and the dinner wasn't something that would have taken 25 minutes to make. Just because you are busy doesn't make it okay to give poor customer service!

The service was great. Food was at expectation level. Pretty empty for a Sunday afternoon do food came out pretty quickly. Nice revamping of their menu to add waffles and crepes.

They placed single customers and party of 2's in the 6 person booths so as a family of 5 we had to sit at a table out in the open. Made no sense. Service was slow, we waited 15 minutes before anyone came to take our drink order. Food was fine.

Every server tells us we have 3 waiters who can wait on us, but when it comes to the times that im in need of a refill there's no one around. This isn't the first time either this is the second time... Also seems that the chefs don't know what a medium rare steak is. I keep getting it well done or burned they never even tried to replace it either. Not coming back again

Slow but we are from a less populated area. All food was good and service was good.
