We love to eat Chipotle but not eat when there is hair in it! I ordered a bowl and one of my choices was corn. I began to eat my food and started the move the food around to mix things up. As I scoop some food and get ready to put it in my mouth I saw a black piece of hair. It was very gross. Decided to take it out and just could bring myself to eat the rest of my food. Very politely when up to the cashier and said, "I apologies for doing this but I found hair in my food." Showed it to her and she offered to give me another bowl. I accepted and moved down to begin my order. As she turn to explain to what I assumed was the manager what happened she rolled her eyes and made a face. She claimed that I found a "small piece of hair" as if was not a big deal. I told them that the size of the hair does not matter! There is still someone else's hair in my food and that is gross! I asked for my money back instead. The cashier was very rude and unprofessional when she explained what happened to her manager. Never going back there again!

Not the greatest quick stop for lunch. I felt I was being cattle-prodded through the assembly line. The help was pretty rude, and looked irritated when I asked questions. The food was just okay, nothing special. I will spend my lunch funds elsewhere in the future.

It's nice that you can pick exactly what goes in your food. Good choices, even for vegetarians.

COLD FOOD ALL THE TIME. COLD FOOD. IF YOU LIKE COLD FOOD THIS IS THE PLACE. YOU DONT HAVE TO BE AFRAID TO BURN YOUR MOUTH HERE. ALL FOOD IS SLIGHTLY REFRIDGERATED IT SEEMS LIKE. NOT EVEN LUKE WARM. COME ON GUYS.

Quick and clean place to get some unique mexamerican food. My family comes here often because the line to order is usually short and it has something for everyone. My wife, being vegan, likes the options for her dietary limitations. My 1 year old loves the kids platter, which can also be vegan. Just be careful if your child is sensitive to spicy foods as the beans and guac might have a bit of a bite. The atmosphere is casual with pop music playing.
